Through a single variety and careful winemaking techniques, we unveil the personality and character of each terroir: Los Cerezos in the north and Los Castaños in the south. These historic parcels were chosen by their capacity to nurture our signature variety, allowing it to display maximum degree of purity and typicity. The harvest year 2012 delivered low yields due to spring weather conditions, permitting it to display full expression of flavor. The cool autumn slowed the ripening process down providing great color and concentration.

Surprise them with one of the only 100% straight rye whiskies produced: a whiskey with all the traditional rye spice and flavor that rye whiskey drinkers love. And then some…This 100% rye starts with pure, traditionally-grown rye cultivated exclusively for us on the Omlin family farm in Quincy, Washington. The grain is mashed, distilled & barreled in our Woodinville distillery – then trucked back over the Cascade Mountains to our private barrel houses, where Central Washington’s extreme temperature cycles promote the extraction of natural flavors from the oak. Prior to being coopered, the barrel wood is seasoned in open air, rain, wind, sun and snow for eighteen months softening the wood’s harsh tannins. They are then slowly toasted and heavily charred to further enrich the wood’s desirable flavors. The result of this meticulous process yields a truly hand-crafted whiskey with aromas of cinnamon, clove, and fruit leather, and notes of caramel, wood spice, and honey on the palate with a long, memorable finish that will leave you anticipating your next sip.

Glenmorangie Signet is a rare spirit of espresso intensity, aged in our most exceptional casks. It is a unique fusion of scarce and extraordinary elements that make it our rarest, most complex malt whisky, and one of the most prestigious whiskies available. At its core is whisky from high-roasted 'chocolate' malted barley which imparts a distinctive mocha background. This barley is tumble-roasted – just like coffee beans - in tiny quantities each year. Signet also includes whisky made from Glenmorangie's own Cadboll barley, rare single-estate crop, which brings Glenmorangie's celebrated creaminess to this luscious spirit.
